<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology applicable to sequence-selective separation of nucleic acid, simple and treating much nucleic acid. <P>SOLUTION: A water phase containing a single-stranded target nucleic acid and a double-stranded nucleic acid structure obtained by hybridizing a nucleic acid containing a sequence complementary to the target nucleic acid with a probe agent bonded with a hydrophobic group, is brought into contact with an organic phase so that the double-stranded nucleic acid structure is extracted in the organic phase and the double-stranded structure is taken in a reversed micelle of the organic phase. Then, a new water phase is brought into contact with the organic phase extracted of the double stranded nucleic acid structure so as to extract the target nucleic acid into the water phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
