Provided is a coated molded metal which, even without a protective layer, has excellent water resistance and durability and can hence stably show excellent non-rusting properties, and which has excellent safety. Also provided is a process for producing the coated molded metal. On the surface of a molded metal are successively formed a zinc-containing porous coating layer and a resin layer containing an anticorrosive agent, the resin layer being obtained by curing an anticorrosive coating composition comprising the following ingredients (a) to (d). (a) A silicone compound 100 parts by weight (b) An organic resin ingredient having a hydroxyl value of 1-500 mg-KOH/g 15-200 parts by weight (c) A compound having a phenolic hydroxyl group 0.1-30 parts by weight (d) A crosslinking agent for ingredient (b) 0.05-5 parts by weight
