摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy bearing which excels in foreign matter embedding property while focusing on the thickness and hardness of an aluminum-based bearing alloy layer and an intermediate layer.SOLUTION: This aluminum alloy bearing 1 is of three-layer structure comprising a back metal layer 2, the intermediate layer 3 and the aluminum-based bearing alloy layer 4. The thickness of the intermediate layer 3 is set to 20% or more and 50% or less of the sum of thickness of the intermediate layer 3 and thickness of the aluminum-based bearing alloy layer 4. The aluminum-based bearing alloy layer 4 and the intermediate layer 3 are thereby deformed to disperse a local load by foreign matter to the aluminum-based bearing alloy layer 4 and the intermediate layer 3. As a result, foreign matter is easily embedded into the aluminum-based bearing alloy layer 4.
