PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for using allergen specific immunotherapy.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition containing contiguous overlapping peptide fragments of the amino acid sequence with the specific sequence which together comprise the entire amino acid sequence of a chimeric birch pollen allergen, wherein the fragments are capable of inducing a T cell response in patients who are hypersensitive to the allergen.
