PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device capable of controlling an air conditioner not to impair user's comfort while realizing energy-saving, in an indoor space where ventilation is performed for taking the outside air.SOLUTION: This air conditioning control device for adjusting environment of an indoor space where the ventilation for taking the outside air is performed by controlling the air conditioner, includes a setting section, an extracting section, a determining section, and an air conditioning control section. The setting section sets a target index from a comfort index calculated on the basis of a temperature and a humidity. The extracting section extracts a candidate temperature/humidity value as combination of a temperature value and a humidity value satisfying the target index. The determining section determines the target temperature value and the target humidity value from the candidate temperature/humidity value of the minimum difference between specific enthalpy calculated from an outside air temperature value and an outside air humidity value and specific enthalpy calculated from the candidate temperature/humidity value when the plurality of candidate temperature/humidity values exist. The air conditioning control section controls the air conditioner so that the environment of the indoor space keeps the target temperature value and the target humidity value. |
