PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-resolution and bright image even when a photographic object is dark. SOLUTION: An image processor, which includes an image pick-up element for image-capturing an object and outputting an image signal and a control circuit for performing an actual image-capturing operation with pixel resolution of the image pick-up element and a live-view image-capturing operation using the image pick-up element, with pixel resolution lower than that of the actual image-capturing operation, combines two or more live-view images captured by the live-view image-capturing operation, generates a live-view combined image with the same pixel resolution as that of the actual image-capturing operation, and combines the live-view combined image and an actual image-capturing image by the actual image-capturing operation.
