A method for producing of monocrystals CdTe and γ-solid solutions based which are formed in mutual system of Cu,Cd,In||Se,Te comprises the charge stacking, synthesis in heat flow from heat source and growth of monocrystals from smelt with further crystallization and cooling to room temperature on modification variant by Bridzhment-Stokbarher’s method. The synthesis is carried out in two stages, first of which consists in charge heating for binding its components taken in stoichiometric amount, and the second stage consists in homogenization of smelt produced from charge, at that charge is formed from elementary components of Cu, In, Cd, Se and Te. |
