PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for degrading material to be treated which can keep a prescribed temperature environment in the inside of a treatment chamber by using a high-temperature gas heat after deodorization treatment and is optimum for efficiently and stably producing a soil activator.SOLUTION: The apparatus for degrading material to be treated performs degradation of material to be treated by means of aerobic microorganisms. The apparatus for degrading material to be treated includes: a treatment tank 11 having the treatment chamber 12 in which the material 50 to be treated is stored; an agitation means 20 for agitating the material 50 to be treated in the treatment tank 11; an air supply means 34 for feeding air of a prescribed temperature into the treatment chamber; a cleaning device 31 which performs deodorization by heating odor generated by degradation of the material 50 to be treated; and a jacket 25 which is disposed on at least the bottom part of the treatment tank 11 and is configured such that the gas deodorized by the cleaning device 31 is supplied thereinto. |
