PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when it is determined that a telegraphic message that a radio receiver has received is not addressed to its own, and that a carrier output is present, a radio receiving operation can not be stopped unless a specific time-out time passes even when the telegraphic message is not addressed to its own, and that any unnecessary current consumption is generated in the radio receiver as a result.SOLUTION: This radio reception start control device is provided with: an other equipment addressed pattern determination means E10 for checking a telegraphic message received by radio communication, and for determining whether the telegraphic message includes an other equipment addressed pattern; and a radio power source control means E20 for performing the power saving control of a radio power source when the determination result of the other equipment addressed pattern determination means E10 shows that the telegraphic message is addressed to the other equipment. |
