The device has a sawing device and a sawing blade (27), where a drag axis of the sawing device or the sawing blade lies approximately within the range of upper elements of a supply device, particularly within the range of a bearing surface for a building brick or building brick molded article. The upper element and lower element of the supply device limit a gap. The upper element of the supply device is provided as a conveyor, particularly a belt conveyor, and a link conveyor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a conveyor, particularly a belt conveyor, for supplying building bricks, particularly lime sand bricks, or building brick molded articles, particularly lime sand brick molded articles, to a sawing device, particularly for executing bevel cut or miter cut; (2) a method for manufacturing non-standard format of building bricks, particularly lime sand bricks, or building brick molded articles, particularly lime sand brick molded articles; and (3) a method for manufacturing a building brick assembly, particularly lime sand brick assembly.
