PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether to provide sales promotion information at a proper timing, and to give the sales promotion information to a customer who is determined to accept the information.SOLUTION: The information providing server includes: a first storage part 32 for storing customer basic attribute information and sales promotion information; a second storage part 31 for storing event information and customer characteristic information; an optimizing part 22 for determining timing for associating the customer basic attribute information stored in the first storage part with the sales promotion information based on the event information, and associating the information at the timing, while determining whether to give the sales promotion information to the customer in accordance with the customer characteristic information stored in the second storage part; and a providing part 21 for generating screen information based on the customer basic attribute information stored in the first storage part and providing the screen information to a connection terminal 50. The providing part generates the screen information based on the sales promotion information associated with the customer basic attribute information with respect to the customer who is determined to accept the sales promotion information in the optimizing part, and transmits it to the connected terminal. |
