PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing an article left behind for easily and surely identifying and specifying a user.SOLUTION: An ID tag reading means 2 reads identification information from a user ID tag carried by a user and an article ID tag attached to an article carried by the user, and an identification information registration means 3 registers user identification information for identifying the user and article identification information for identifying the article carried by the user, and a collation means 4 collates the identification information read from the user ID tag by the ID tag reading means 2 with the user identification information registered by the identification information registration means 3, and when the both user identification information is matched, the collation means 4 collates the identification information read from the article ID tag by the ID tag reading means 2 with the article identification information registered so as to be associated with the user identification information in the identification information registration means 3. |
