The component has motorized filter beds (5) laterally associated to each other. The filter beds circulate in a frame (1) to filter the algae in the water through depth of water in an ascending path of the beds and to raise the algae outside the water. The filter beds discharge the algae in a rear part of the filter beds. A motorized transversal conveyor belt (13) receives the algae discharged through the beds, and transmits the algae in direction perpendicular to advancement direction so as to regroup the algae collected on working-width of the component. An independent claim is also included for a rail motor car comprising motorized wheels.
