PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate having a proper balance of printing durability and stain resistance while requiring no so-called debris treatment in an ablation system, an on-machine developing system or the like. SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate is characterized in that it includes at least two image forming layers containing at least thermoplastic resin, a heat-melting substance and a water-soluble polymer compound on one side of a support body and that an image forming layer (B) away from the support body contains zinc oxide or barium sulfate.
