PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a task managing device and a task management program for subdividing and clarifying member's sharing of responsibility for each task and transmitting information rapidly and appropriately based on the sharing of responsibility.

SOLUTION: The task managing device for managing a dynamic task composing a work flow in a tree structure includes: a task managing means of managing a task by relating role information for each member for each task; a storage means of storing role definition information defined by relating the role information to an information presentation rule according to the role; an information presentation rule acquisition means of referring to the role definition information when a member browses the task and acquiring an information presentation rule defined while being related to the role information of the member in the task; and an information presenting means of presenting information relating to the task by following the information presentation rule.
