The plant has a material-deforming tool (5) attached to a cooling circuit, where the material-deforming tool and a mold part (1) e.g. film, are cooled. A thermal compressor in form of an adsorption refrigerating machine (14) is provided at an output of a cooling circuit. The compressor is attached at an input side of a heat exchanger circuit (11) that is arranged in a region of a warming up station (4). A part of waste heat exhausts over heat carrier mediums of dissipated heat through the warming up station for cooling the material-deforming tool and the mold part.
