PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a polyisocyanurate polyurethane material using a polyetherpolyol having a high polyoxyethylene content and a polyisocyanate having a high diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) content. SOLUTION: In this process, reaction is carried out at an isocyanate index of 150-1,500 in the presence of a trimerization catalyst, and the polyisocyanate is 80-100 wt.% diphenylmethane diisocyanate containing at least 40 wt.% 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and/or diphenylmethane diisocyanate variant which is liquid at 25°C and has at least 20 wt.% NCO value, and the isocyanate reactive composition is 80-100 wt.% polyetherpolyol having an average nominal number of functional groups of 2-6, an average equivalent of 150-1,000, an average molecular weight of 600-5,000 and an oxyethylene content of 75-100 wt.%.
