PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet capable of sufficiently suppressing generation of a void by air inclusion at sticking an adhesive layer onto an adherent, by sufficiently suppressing transfer of winding marks to the adhesive layer when winding up the adhesive sheet having the adhesive layer formed in a prescribed flat shape, into a roll shape. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet has a releasable substrate 1, the adhesive layer 2 partially formed on the substrate 1 and having the prescribed flat shape, and an adhesive film 3 formed so as to cover the adhesive layer 2 and to contact with the releasable substrate 1 at the periphery of the adhesive layer 2. Where a support layer 20 having a membrane thickness equal to or more than that of the total of the adhesive layer 2 and the adhesive film 3 is formed at an outside of the adhesive film 3 on the releasable substrate 1.
