The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the combined hair brush and cover as shown in the drawings; the combined hair brush and cover presents a hair brush portion with a smooth curved upper surface with a pair of raised opposed curved corner areas situated between a pair of opposed lower corner arrears with a smooth curved central top surface area between the four corner areas; the brush portion also presents smooth corner areas and outwardly curved side surfaces; the lower surface of the hair brush portion presents a series of spaced apart bristle-like elements and a central narrow raised area with an opening therein; the combined hair outer edge of which generally follows the contour of the hair brush portion and merges into an upwards and outwards flared shirt portion; the inner surface of the cover portion aligned and conforming with the opening in the central narrow raised area in the lower surface of the brush portion.
