PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pre-action sprinkler fire extinguishing system capable of promptly opening a pre-action valve when surely determining that there is a fire. SOLUTION: The pre-action sprinkler fire extinguishing system includes a microphone in a protection area, when a person finds a fire occurring in the protection area to utter a fire determination word such as "Fire!", a voice recognition section recognizes the voice input in the microphone and transmits the fire word determination signal to a control section, and where a fire signal is transmitted from a fire detector then, the control section opens the pre-action valve.
