PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet for inserting insulating paper or divided core into a winding wire coil. SOLUTION: The pallet for assembling a rotary electric machine includes: a middle tool (102) having a gripping body (54) that grips the inner diameter part (11) of the winding wire coil (12) with multiple slot arrows (50) movable in the radial direction; an upper tool (101) having an upper side claw (33) that swingably pushes insulating paper (1) inserted into the linear part (2) of the winding wire coil (12) at the upper end part thereof in the axial direction of the winding wire coil (12); and a lower tool (103) having a lower side claw (34) that swingably pushes the insulating paper (1) inserted in the linear part (2) of the winding wire coil (12) at the lower end part thereof in the axial direction of the winding wire coil (12).
