PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a film from being exposed to cooling air for cooling a clip. SOLUTION: A clip 5 moving along each outward portion 11d, 12d of each rail 11, 12 is received in an outward chamber 45, and a clip 5 moving along each homeward portion 11e, 12e is received in a homeward chamber 46. The outward chamber 45 and the homeward chamber 46 are covered with a plurality of covers 61 mutually connected by a bellows 68. A chamber 58 having a slit-like nozzle 58a is provided within the homeward chamber 46, and the chamber 58 is mounted on a duct 54 so as to be substantially in a sealed state. Cooling air sent from a cold air device 57 enters the chamber 58 through an air supply opening 54b of the duct 54, and the cooling air is sprayed to a holding portion 31b and a base 32b of the clip 5 moving along the homeward portion 12e through the nozzle 58a.
