DEVICE FOR ESTIMATION OF BATTERY STATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery state estimation device for precisely identifying parameters of a secondary battery.

SOLUTION: The battery state estimation device includes: detecting current and a terminal voltage of a secondary battery; estimating a terminal voltage of a secondary battery based on a prescribed battery model by using measurement values of the detected current and terminal voltage; and identifying parameters of a secondary battery so that a difference between the measurement value of the terminal voltage and an estimation value of the terminal voltage converges to zero. The battery state estimation device performs filter processing to the measurement value of the terminal voltage and the estimation value of the terminal voltage by using low-pass filters each having the same high-frequency cut-off characteristics, and uses the measurement value of the terminal voltage and the estimation value of the terminal voltage subjected to the filter processing when identifying the parameters of a secondary battery.
