<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can avoid imaging of a picture data that is an unintended picture data for a photographer. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises a means for storing information indicating a candidate object which should inhibit imaging, a means for extracting information of candidate object included in the image data to be picked up, a means outputting information for deciding whether the image data to be picked up belong to the image data of an object which should inhibit imaging or not based on matching of the information of a candidate object which should inhibit imaging and the information of a candidate object, and a means for informing the decision results if a decision is made that the image data belong to the image data of an object which should inhibit imaging based on the decision information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
