<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, within the framework of an adhesive securing of dental restoration materials, a composition for the non-ablasive cleaning of the surfaces of restoration materials, in particular for removing protein contamination, which does not have the disadvantages of the conventional related art. <P>SOLUTION: The composition is used for cleaning a metal surface or ceramic surface which is a part of a dental restoration or of an implant abutment tooth.
