PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability when attaching an attachment member for an attached component to a working arm made of a box body. SOLUTION: Through-holes 28, which comprise a cover body through-hole 28A and a mounting member through-hole 28B are provided in right and left side surfaces 22D and 22C of an arm body 22 constituting an arm 21, respectively; and a cover body 29 inserted into the arm body 22 through the through-hole 28 is fixed to the arm body 22 by means of a bolt 31. Thus, the through-hole 28 is closed with the cover body 29; and the attachment member 30 provided integrally with the cover body 29 can be fixed to the arm body 22 via the cover body 29. This can dispense with, for example, the operation of working an internal thread hole in the arm, the operation of casting an internal thread member into the arm when cast-molding the arm, and the operation of welding a screw seat member to the arm, and can enhance the workability when attachment the attaching member 30 to the arm 21.
