PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp tool capable of emitting light beams toward an arbitrary angle without having an exclusive lens cut fitted. SOLUTION: Light beams L1 emitted from a bulb 2 of a light source 1 in a direction of a flange part 34 located diagonally to the front of the bulb 2 is propagated through the inside of a lamp room 41 and is incident at a given incident angleθ1 into a translucent incident face 35a formed at a root of the flange part 34 of a lens 30. The incident face 35a guides the light beams L1 to a first reflecting face 35b. The light beams L1 reaching the first reflecting face 35b are totally reflected at the first reflecting face 35b at a given reflecting angleθ2 and directed toward a second reflecting face 35c. The light beams L1 reaching the second reflecting face 35c are totally reflected at a given reflecting angleθ3 at the second reflecting face 35c, are guided again inside an outer periphery edge part 32 and are emitted from a light-emitting face 35d of the outer periphery edge part 32, which is an end part outside the lamp room 41 of the flange part 34.
