PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for forming an inductor element and a leader line in the same conductive layer. SOLUTION: An inductor device includes a substrate and the conductive layer supported by the substrate and insulated from the substrate. The conductive layer includes a wiring region 26 serving as an inductor, a first end region 22 to which one end of the wiring region 26 is connected, and a second end region 24 to which the other end of the wiring region 26 is connected. When the conductive layer is viewed in a plane, a circumference of the first end region 22 is not surrounded with the wiring region 26, and a circumference of the second end region 24 is not surrounded with the wiring region 26.
