PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model creation system and a simulation system of a bearing component for easily and quickly verifying the dimension or strength of the bearing component. SOLUTION: This bearing component is provided with: a three-dimensional measurement unit 12 for measuring the shape of a retainer as the object of model creation; a CAD data creation part 22 for creating three-dimensional CAD data based on the three-dimensional coordinate value of the measured retainer; and a finite element model creation part 23 for creating a finite element model by dividing the created three-dimensional CAD data into elements.
