FLUOROALKANE DERIVATIVE, GELLING AGENT AND GEL COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fluoroalkane derivative capable of gelling or solidifying by addition of a small amount of various nonaqueous solvents.

SOLUTION: There is provided a fluoroalkane derivative represented by general formula (1): R-SO2-Ar-O-R1. Wherein Ar represents a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aromatic having 8-30 nuclear atoms; R1represents a saturated or unsaturated 1-20C monovalent hydrocarbon; and R represents a saturated or unsaturated 2-22C monovalent hydrocarbon having perfluoroalkyl.
