<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve strict management corresponding to the security level of a duplication person with respect to a duplicate from a directory in which significant information is stored. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 20 monitors the access log of electronic information being the object of monitoring as significant information, and when it is determined that the electronic information has been duplicated on the basis of the analytic result of the access log, the management server 20 specifies duplication persons (applicants) B and C, and extracts the handling rule of the duplication persons B and C with respect to the duplicate, and returns such a handling rule like a retention period or a return time to the duplication persons B and C, and outputs the attachment request of an electronic tag 8 to a manager A. The duplicate is managed by the electronic tag 8, and the electronic tag 8 and the manager A and an electronic tag 8a of the duplication persons (applicants) B and C are associated with each other, and stored as update information, and the management of the keeping of the duplicate, the carriage-out of the duplicate, the return of the duplicate, and the nullification of the duplicate is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
