PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect semen with deforming its covering layer and keeping its adhesiveness in response to a penis's size and position change. SOLUTION: A semen collection device 30 includes an outer case 1 which contains an inner equipment 10 therein (a) (b). The inner equipment 10 includes the covering layer 25 made of an elastomeric gel resin material which is formed in an inner side 21 of a basic cylinder 20 made of a porous urethane foam (a) (b). The basic cylinder 20 expands and contracts so as to transform in response to the penis's size and movement when a user inserts his penis toward a hollow part 15 from an opening 14 of the inner equipment 10 of the semen collection device 30. The covering layer 25 moves and transforms corresponding to the basic cylinder 20, and the covering layer 25 that is made of the gel resin material at any time and its surface 26 abut on the penis (c) (d).
