PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of men's incontinence pants with a urine absorbing pad, formed to make using a urine absorbing pad unnoticeable from the outside, by forming a urine absorbing member in a solid so as to hardly cause side leakage and excellently come along the human body. SOLUTION: This pair of men's incontinence pants is obtained by arranging in a place covering the inside of a front body central section and a crotch part of a pants body from the front, a urine absorbing pad which is united by sewing the curved edge of two urine absorbing sheets having a rim shape curved to draw a nearly almond shape when viewed in a plane, and made by superposing a permeable layer fabric on the inner surface of a water absorbing fabric, and a waterproof layer cloth on the outer periphery thereof, and which has a shape by forming at least two sheets as a whole in a spoon-like shape partly having a wide part when viewed in a plane, and letting the widest part have the largest depth. Furthermore, the whole periphery of the other edges excluding the upper edge of the urine absorbing pad is sewn to the pants body, and only the upper edge is fixed to a natural rubber in a hanging state by a water-repellent tape.
