PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion by removing completely water staying in a bolt hole or the like. SOLUTION: This device includes: a body part 1 having a flange 1a with a bolt hole 1b bored therein; a housing part 2 having a flange 2a with a bolt hole 2b bored on a position corresponding to the bolt hole 1b, for covering the uppre part of the body part 1; and a bolt 3 having a screw part 31 and a head part 32, wherein the screw part 31 is inserted from the bolt hole 1b toward the bolt hole 2b after piling the flanges 1a, 2a, and the inserted screw part 31 is fastened, to thereby fix the body part 1 and the housing part 2 with the head part 32. The bolt 3 has a groove 32a tilted from the screw part side of the head part 32 toward the outer circumferential direction of the head part 32. Hereby, water staying in the bolt holes 1b, 2b flows along the groove 32a by the self weight of the water. Accordingly, the staying water can be discharged to the outside of this control rod driving device.
