摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser microscope apparatus which can extend adjustment width of frequency difference of two pulse laser beams and can obtain coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering light with high strength. SOLUTION: The laser microscope apparatus 1 includes: a wavelength variable laser light source 4 for generating pulse laser beams; a beam splitter 5 for splitting the pulse laser beams emitted from the wavelength variable laser light source 4 to two optical paths 6, 7; a laser combiner 8 for combining the pulse laser beams L1', L2' guided through the two optical paths 6, 7; a microscope body 3 for irradiating a sample A with the pulse laser beams L1', L2' combined by the laser combiner 8; a photonic crystal fiber 10 for giving frequency difference almost equal to the specific vibration frequency of a molecule in the sample A to the pulse laser beams L1', L2' guided through the two optical paths 6, 7; and a wavelength instruction device 21 capable of adjusting the wavelength of the pulse laser beam L1' guided through the first optical path 6.
