Disclosed are: a laminate having excellent weather resistance, excellent moisture-proof properties, excellent interlayer adhesion properties and excellent long-term stability; and a process for producing the laminate. The laminate comprises a base material sheet comprising a fluororesin, an adhesive layer and a moisture-proof layer mainly composed of at least one inorganic compound selected from the group consisting of inorganic oxides, inorganic nitrides and inorganic oxynitrides laminated in this order, and is characterized in that the adhesive layer comprises at least one metal oxide selected from the group consisting of zirconium oxide, tantalum oxide and hafnium oxide.
