PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain such a position that a position of a headrest (a headrest body) is comfortable for an occupant and the restraint of the head of the occupant becomes higher even when the occupant is seated in a seat and an angle of a seat back changes. SOLUTION: Based on an angle detected by a seat back angle sensor 16 as angle detection means of detecting an angle of the seat back 14, the movement of a headrest front portion 12b is controlled so that a back set is a predetermined value.
