<p>The device has a housing with electromagnetic radar wave absorbing material, and a rotor (2) with electromagnetic radar wave reflecting material. A housing has a recess, which enables to irradiate waves in a direction to the rotor. The recess is arranged in the rotor such that irradiated component of the rotor has only one movement with a velocity component with positive or negative magnitude in the direction, during rotation.</p> |
