Luminescent nanogold functionalized by N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol, the preparation and application thereof are provided. The functionalized nanogold is fabricated by linking N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol to the surface of gold nanoparaticles. The functionalized nanogold is prepared by directly reducing chloroauric acid with N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol, wherein N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol acts as reducer and stabilizer simultaneously. The preparation method is simple, fast and there is no need of special conditions. The preparation method can be performed in a wide temperature range of 15-35?. Diameters and patterns of the functionalized nanogold can be adjusted and controlled by the ratio of chloroauric acid to N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol. The obtained functionalized nanogold exhibits excellent chemiluminescence characteristics. Said functionalized nanogold can be combined with biomolecules to form biomolecular probe, which can be used for immunoassay, nucleic acid analysis, molecular imaging, sensor, etc., and has broad application prospect in the field of biomedicine, food safety, environment monitoring, etc. |
