PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing material capable of obtaining a high jointing strength even under non-pressure or self-weight pressure. SOLUTION: The jointing material contains two or more silver-based powder with different average particle sizes, and contains (1) as a first powder, the silver-based powder which consists of silver-based particles containing an organic component and silver and has an average particle size less than 10 nm, and (2) as a second powder, the silver-based powder which consists of silver-based particles containing silver and has an average particle size of 40 nm or more.
