<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gummy-containing soft candy of new palate feeling, for improving the productivity of soft candy of new palate feeling, securing the peculiarity of the combination of soft candy and gummy candy, giving soft candy soft new palate feeling, and greatly improved in productivity, and to provide a method for producing the gummy-containing soft candy. <P>SOLUTION: The gummy-containing soft candy is such that linear gummy of a water content of 10-25 wt.% is inserted into soft candy dough containing at least one kind of glucide as solid, in a condition of wrapping the circumference of the linear gummy with the soft candy dough, and pregelatinized starch is contained in the linear gummy.
