PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when setting a voice output timing of route guide just before a guide spot corresponding to user's liking. SOLUTION: A map including a designated simulated guide spot is displayed on a screen, and one's own vehicle position mark is moved toward the simulated guide spot. When the own vehicle position mark arrives at a guide spot set beforehand with respect to the simulated guide spot, the route guide is outputted by voice. The simulated guide spot can be designated by input operation by a user.
