PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an one-way valve 20 in which a flow channel resistance is reduced in opening the valve, by realizing, with a simple structure, a means for preventing a closing section 31 of a valve plate 30 for opening and closing an outflow opening 21b from excessively opened. SOLUTION: The one-way valve 20 includes a channel forming member 21 and the valve plate 30 formed by cutting and bending an elastic thin plate. The channel forming member 21 includes a mounting section 24 for mounting the valve plate 30. The valve plate 30 comprises the closing section 31, a section 34 to be mounted thereon, and an elastically deforming section 36. An opening degree regulating section 28 of the section 24 to be mounted thereon includes a regulating face 28a. When the closing section 31 is pushed by the fluid flowing through a flow channel 21a, the regulating section 28a forms an elastically deforming space while substantially preserving an angled state, with a coupled position between the elastically deforming section 36 and the section 34 to be mounted thereon as a supporting point. Then, the elastically deforming section 36 abuts against the closing section 31 to thereby regulate an angle made when the closing section 31 opens in relation to the outflow opening 21b.
