PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nose cosmetic orthopedic instrument for a person requiring to increase the height of his/her nose for cosmetic purpose, the instrument enabling him/her to have a well shaped nose without undergoing cosmetic surgery and being known by other people. SOLUTION: The nose cosmetic orthopedic instrument is long enough to be inserted into a nostril and made of thin plate shape plastic having flexibility and elasticity. A lower end part 4 has a curved section in an almost semicircle shape so that the whole outer surface side of the nose cosmetic orthopedic instrument is in close contact with the nostril, thereby applying the elastic force of the instrument to the nose to keep the height of the nose high.
