PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal filtration device to place a filtration body in an aquarium, suck water in the aquarium by pressurized air ejected from an air pump, and circulate the water by passing through the filter in the filtration body to clean the water, wherein an air stone is constantly maintained at the optimum position to improve the suction efficiency of water with the air pump. SOLUTION: The filtration body F is provided with an engaging means E to block movement of an air pipe 8 connected to the air stone 9 to a prescribed position of the water sucking channel 10 in the filtration body F.
