<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luciferase showing higher emission intensity compared with that of a conventional firefly luciferase. <P>SOLUTION: There are disclosed a luciferase derived from Pyrocoelia matsumurai, a luciferase in which maximum emission wavelength at pH 8 is 560 nm, and a luciferase having 24.4 times or more emission intensity than that produced by rhodamine 6G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
