PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler which certainly exerts cooling performance by certainly ejecting air from a portion between a flat surface portion and a heat generator using a heat conductive grease interposed between the flat surface portion of a flat tube and the generator when the heat generator is pressed onto the flat tube. SOLUTION: A flat surface portion 23 of a flat tube 2 has a center-convexed shape in which the center 231 in the width direction of the flat tube 2 is protruded outwardly in the thickness direction of the flat tube 2 more than both ends 232 and the amount of protrusion increases gradually outwardly from both ends 232 to the center 231.
