Disclosed is a moisture-permeable water-proof cloth which is produced using a plant-derived raw material and has performance equal or superior to those of conventional petroleum-derived polyurethane resins. Specifically disclosed is a moisture-permeable water-proof cloth which comprises a porous resin film comprising a polyurethane resin that contains 5 to 80 wt% of a sebacic-acid-type polyol component produced from plant-derived sebasic acid and a cloth having the porous resin film formed on at least one surface thereof, and which has an A-1 moisture permeability and a B-1 moisture permeability both equal to or higher than 5000 g/m2·24h or more and a water pressure resistance of 5000 mmH2O or higher.
