PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-package double voltage rectifier diode capable of effectively and efficiently making an AC input voltage or a pulse voltage into a double voltage as a power supply for an apparatus requiring the double voltage. SOLUTION: The one-package double voltage rectifier diode capable of effectively and efficiently making the double voltage is provided as a rectifier diode for a power supply of an apparatus requiring the double voltage in such a way that a diode element 6a for rectifying an AC input voltage or a pulse input voltage is provided on a positive output voltage terminal section 2, a diode element 6b is provided on a negative output terminal section 5, and components connected to an AC input terminal 3 are housed in a single package case via a connecting metal fixture 7 for connecting the installed two diodes.
