PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding adhesive film which is an electromagnetic shielding adhesive film for a flexible printed wiring board, and is more superior in flex resistance than conventional types and superior in adhesive strength to an adherend even after pasting the film on the flexible printed wiring board. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic shielding adhesive film includes: an insulating film (II), an ion exchange layer (V); a conductive coating (VI) formed of a dispersion containing coated conductive particles formed by coating conductive particles of 0.001-0.5μm in average particle size with a protective substance; and a curable conductive adhesive layer (I) containing metal powder of 1-50μm in average particle size.
